The sun rises and the sun sets.
The repeating action causes others to to over think.
Your chest does the same.
All this means is that somethings rise and fall.

It doesn't matter if you think of this as something that demads intrest,
Sometimes the simplest things are cause by our breath,
Or the thing that helps us stay warm.
Either way, we need both to survive.
